Micah was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help me. I moved to the area for work and had limited time to find a house. I had a realtor blow me off for an appointment and had only one other willing to show me a house. I saw Micah had good review and gave him a call. He gave me a list of houses that were actually on the market and available unlike zillow and other websites (I called realtors about over 10 different houses to be told that the homes wasn't available anymore). I expected the same run around when I contacted Micah but he sent me a up to date list and I went and found a house I was interested in. When I called him he promptly came to the rental and gave me a tour. The house he showed was not one of his own but he expressed his understanding of getting the run around from people and wanting to help. He was prompt showing up and answering messages. If I were to start looking for a house again I would have gone to him right off the bat. 10 out of ten would recommend.
