If someone told me six months ago that I would be buying a house I had never set foot in on another continent I would have immediately lost consciousness. I put my trust in Micah after getting a couple personal recommendations, and he has literally been a hero. He bent over backwards to accommodate my crazy timeline changing duty stations from Germany to Virginia, VA loan questions, was an expert in the neighborhoods, and gave much needed advice and reassurance to a first time buyer/long time knucklehead. He gladly went above and beyond with recommendations for plumbers, electricians, contractors, flooring guys, and just saw about everything I needed. As far as reviews go, Micah is the guy. If I needed a minor surgery I’d probably let him take a whack at it. Call this man for stuff you need, and if you want to hear it from me personally then come by my house that he helped me buy.
